Perry Woo


Scoring music is the bridge to inner emotions and it is the only medium that enhances the psychological development of the storytelling. 


Originally from South Korea, Perry is a composer for Film and TV based in Studio City, California.


Perry received a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Composition from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and later on, received a Master's degree in Screen Scoring from the University of Southern California with The Betty Rose Scholarship by ASCAP Foundation.


Since the graduation from USC, Perry has been working as a full-time assistant composer for Photek (How to Get Away with Murder and Station 19), contributing his unique style of music onto primetime TV shows.  


In addition to working as an assistant composer, Perry has a considerable amount of professional work experiences from all over the globe, from China to India. Most of Perry’s project has been nominated by well-known film festivals such as Festival de Cannes and La Femme Film Festival.
